Cast Bar Control

This addon allows you to:

 - unanchor the cast bar from the target frame  and the focus frame similar to the player cast bar,

 - move (x, y), and

 - resize (+/- x%).

All the parameters can be controlled directly in Edit Mode where the bar can be moved either manually or using sliders for fine positioning.
