Camping Companion

Fixes and polish from the first round of play.

• Kit bar stays visible. It now draws above your action bars when they overlap, and a new install starts just below the middle of the screen instead of down among the action bars.
• No more lost bars. If you drop the kit bar where more than a quarter of it is hidden under another window or bar, it moves back to where it was and tells you what was in the way.
• Campfire kit before you learn it. The campfire kit button now shows greyed out with a Learn label until you learn Basic Campfire, and its tooltip tells you where to learn it.
• Changing professions. Dropping a profession now forgets its camp recipes, so if you learn it again later the bar no longer offers to craft a camp object you don't know yet. New professions still show up on the bar as soon as you learn their camp recipe.
