• Added the owner-confirmed Chair world-title fallback so the Camp Chair benefit appears when the client supplies no readable object ID.
• Added faction-aware Faction Banner recognition, selecting the Alliance or Horde placement from the player's faction.
• Kept readable object IDs authoritative: an unrelated readable ID cannot fall back by name.
• Audited all 39 mapped camp placements and services and retained their existing benefit, utility, duration and exclusion descriptions.
• Updated the in-game display name to Campfire Tooltips: Forever.

Verified locally with Lua 5.1 syntax checks, 241 simulated behavior assertions and all 39 placement/service ID mappings.
