Campfire Tooltips: Forever

See what camp objects do at a glance: clear benefits, level-aware amounts, buff durations and profession utilities for WoW: Forever.
Campfire Tooltips: Forever
Hover over a recognised camp object to see what it does, directly in its normal tooltip. Built for World of Warcraft: Forever.
Clear details at a glance
- Benefits and amounts for your character's level.
- How to gain the benefit, how long it lasts, and which class buff it does not stack with.
- Extra uses of profession upgrades, including crafting, fishing, gathering and camp services.
- Optional remaining time for your own corresponding camp buff, when available.
Descriptions use short, separated lines and preserve the original tooltip name and position. No clicking or targeting is needed to read them. Camp benefits require an associated campfire.
Use and settings
Install, reload the interface, and hover over a camp object. Open Options → AddOns → Campfire Tooltips: Forever to toggle descriptions or buff timers. /camptooltips opens the same settings.
Standalone: no other addon is required. Includes campfires, tents, profession upgrades and service creatures, with data for 39 camping placements.
Compatibility and coverage
Checked on Forever 1.60.1, build 70009, with an English client. Version 1.0.2 recognises the owner-confirmed world titles Chair and Faction Banner; the banner fallback selects the correct placement from the player's faction. Some other objects cannot yet be recognised when the game supplies only a generic name, such as Anvil; those tooltips stay unchanged. The included SUPPORTED.md lists recognition requirements. Data coverage does not mean every object has completed a live hover test.
After a game build changes, general descriptions remain available, while numerical predictions require updated verification. Unavailable buff timers are omitted.
