### Added
- **Tokens in your messages.** The announce already filled in ``; now every whisper takes
the same treatment, with more to choose from: ``, `` and `` (where you are,
so they know where they're landing), ``, `` (the trade just completed),
`` and ``. A token with nothing to show disappears rather than leaving a
placeholder behind. Existing announce messages using `` are unaffected. The full list is
in the README.

### Fixed
- **A row you're casting for no longer sorts to the bottom.** Between clicking Summon and the
channel starting, the row dropped below everything else — exactly when you most needed to see
it.
- **Enabling from the minimap opens the window there and then.** It used to wait for the next
group change to notice, which showed up as the window appearing at an unrelated moment later.
Disabling closes it just as promptly.
