• A customer who asks twice no longer gets a second row — or a second whisper. Once the Retry every window had passed, a repeat line in chat replaced their live request with a brand new one, and a brand new request has forgotten that it already invited them and already told them they were busy. So the busy whisper went out again — and on a short Retry every, again and again, because the window it was gated behind was a second or two of a request that lives for minutes. The replaced request also disappeared without ever reaching your history, and the one that took its place bounced off the invite still sitting on the customer's screen, so it filed itself as a No show. Someone already in the queue now stays the request they already were. A follow-up line that names a city is still read — it fills in a destination that was still Unknown, and nothing else.
