This mod plays the Quest Failed sound when a member of your party of raid dies in combat.
That's it!
It is very useful if you play a class that can battle res, or heal/tank in a pinch, or even just to let you know that everything has gone wrong and now would be a good time to blow all your cooldowns and burn that boss down.
