BV Addon Suite - Gather Data

Known herb and ore spawn points for BV Addon Suite - Gather, so the maps and the route editor know where nodes grow before you have found them yourself.

Requires: BV Addon Suite - Core and BV Addon Suite - Gather

A data add-on, nothing to do by itself: it only feeds Gather. Install Gather for the maps, the route editor and the minimap scanner; this package adds the known spawn points to it.

What it does

• Adds the known spawn points of herbs and ore veins in the Eastern Kingdoms and Kalimdor as a source for Gather
• They show smaller and fainter until you find a node yourself; your own finds always come first
• Routes can include them ("Known spawns in routes") or leave them out
• Switch the source on or off any time in Gather's settings; nothing is written into your own data

Source and license

The spawn points are derived from the vMaNGOS world database (https://github.com/vmangos/core) and are licensed under the GNU General Public License, version 2. See LICENSE.txt and NOTICE.txt in the folder. This package is a separate work: the other BV Addon Suite packages keep their own license.

Notes

• The data reflects the classic spawn points (patch 1.12). WoW Forever uses them largely unchanged; single spots may differ.
• Only coordinates and names are included, nothing else of the database.
