Added

• Movable icon bar with ready / buff-active / cooldown states, a per-icon timer, an animated glow while a buff is up, and a small corner stack counter (e.g. Tigereye Brew charges).
• Automatic detection of equipped burst sources — PvP trinkets (all six types: on-use Badge and proc Insignia × Conquest / Dominance / Victory), tailoring cloak embroideries, and engineering glove tinkers — with buff IDs and cooldowns from a built-in database. Non-burst trinkets (Medallion / Emblem) are excluded.
• Custom spell tracking — add by typing a Spell ID or by picking an ability from a scrollable list of your cooldown abilities; remove per source.
• Settings panel: per-source Track toggle, editable Buff Spell ID / Hidden CD, live buff icon, slot grouping (e.g. on-use trinket + Synapse Springs), bar icon size, and bar anchor / grow direction. Scrollable card list.
• Per-character settings.
• Slash commands: /bct, config, size, lock / unlock, reset (wipe this character's settings), scan (equipment + current buffs).
