Lua error viewer that shows every error at once in a sortable table, grouped by count and blamed to the right addon.

Version 1.2.2
- Captures blocked actions that raise no error, like an addon trying to open a window in combat. These printed "Interface action failed because of an AddOn" in chat and never appeared in BugJar. Rows now name the addon responsible.
- Blocked macro actions are captured too.
- "Hide Blizzard's error popup" now works on retail, where it had been doing nothing since 12.0.
