Broker Panels 1.7.0

• Added dedicated Minimap Buttons panels with configurable button order, visibility and layout. This panel type is available on Retail and WoW Forever only; it is intentionally disabled on Classic Era and TBC.
• Improved detection of minimap buttons that are registered or shown after login, including LibDBIcon and SharedUI based buttons.
• Made the minimap-button capture and release lifecycle combat-safe. Panel changes that cannot be completed safely during combat are deferred until combat ends.
• Fixed repeated hook installation in the minimap-button discovery path, preventing callback chains from growing over long sessions.
• Improved free-panel scaling so the selected scale anchor remains stable whenever possible.
• Improved launcher dragging and centering so saved positions stay in sync with the visible panel position.
• Improved auto-hide reliability, especially when moving quickly between multiple auto-hide panels.
• Improved grid/editor behavior, including runtime field visibility, icon-only handling, valid custom-value drop targets and compact handling of empty grid rows and columns.
• Improved data-source enable/disable behavior so disabled sources disappear cleanly without losing their configured placement.
• Improved panel and preview consistency for dynamically available first-party data fields.
• Reduced idle memory allocations and unnecessary refresh work in Performance, Locations and Clock.
• Performance data now avoids redundant semantic updates when the visible value has not changed.
• Location data avoids unnecessary full refreshes while the player is standing still.
• Clock data is only republished when the displayed minute changes.
• The Performance tooltip now continues to update live while hovered without forcing frequent addon-memory rescans.
• Improved import/export robustness while preserving references to temporarily unavailable data sources.
• Fixed several localization, cleanup and consistency issues discovered during the final release review.
