• Live updates from the desktop app. With helper 1.25.0, delivered prices, a changed policy and a new task list reach the game while you play: the addon loads the app's current live slot when you open the auction house or a BootyBayBroker window, at most once every ten minutes, and /bbb sync loads one when it is due. Restart WoW fully once after updating the app so the game learns the slots; /bbb status says where you stand, and a session that has used all twenty-four falls back to /reload.
• Prices from guildmates' scans. When you open the auction house, the addon asks your guild, party or raid whether anyone has a newer scan of your market, takes the newest offer by whisper, and shows those prices as "from <Name>'s scan · N min ago" for three hours. Your own scan is offered to them the same way. Nothing from a guildmate is ever saved as your scan or uploaded. /bbb peers on|off is the switch; /bbb peers ask asks now.
• /bbb paste. Paste the string the desktop app's "Copy for in-game paste" button copied and the prices load at once, no /reload needed.
• Scans leave through the screen. With the desktop app on Windows, after a scan the addon draws a strip of coloured cells across the top of the screen for a few seconds and the app reads it, so the scan uploads without a /reload or a logout. /bbb screen on|off is the switch; it draws nothing without the desktop app.
