Bonus honor helper

A basic addon to help maximize bonus honor gains in Alterac Valley by marking key enemy leaders so the rest of the raid doesn't forget about them.

You have to be in range of the enemy leader to be able to target (and mark it) and understand their status.

You have to click each individual portrait to mark that leader. It is no longer possible for one big button to mark them all. Chaining macros with /click is no longer allowed.

Features (when inside Alterac Valley)

• A big movable button with portraits of the enemy leaders in range
• Right clicking this button allows you to move it
• Hovering over the button will request the raid leader (maximum once every 30 seconds) to give you or everyone raid assistant permission (so you can mark enemy leaders) until you have these permissions
• Question mark portraits will appear until you have selected an enemy leader (then their portrait will show up)
• The enemy leaders are ordered in the sequence you encounter them in Alterac Valley (captains and generals don't get their own mark, nor do the two lieutenants right outside the captain building; because these are hard to miss)
• When you select a leader that has died, the portrait will be less visible
• When you see the same enemy leader again (such as when you went out of range and then returned), their portrait will change to indicate you need to target them again to determine their status (alive or dead)
• Clicking on the portrait will select the enemy leader in case you want to announce something to the raid about that leader (such as: %t is still alive, let's kill it!)
• The death of enemy leader is also detected through the combat log (instead of only requiring to target them, although the targeting is still needed to update their portrait)
