Requests fixes.
- Mine is split in two: your own requests on top, the ones you're helping with below, each scrolling on its own
- Named as the crafter, you're recognised straight away: no second "I can cook it", and saying it again doesn't add you twice
- Your fee is only at the top of the request (not again under More); Promise materials only shows while something is still needed (Change my promise under More otherwise)
