1.4.2 - Stability & Nameplate Layout

- Reworked nameplate setup, cleanup and sizing updates to address reported Lua errors when nameplates appear or disappear. (still need testing)
- Added safeguards for restricted aura icons and inaccessible frames, including ATD.
- PvE crowd-control icons now appear above nameplates alongside personal debuffs, keeping them clear of quest icons and threat numbers. Updated the settings preview to match.
- All eight raid target markers now appear to the right of nameplates, beyond the visible level badge.
- Improved PvP left-side CC positioning around threat numbers and quest icons.
- Improved handling of reused nameplates, target-of-target bar lookup and native aura-setting updates.
- Existing saved settings, custom colors and Auto-Switch Role Colors preferences are preserved.
