Fix data accuracy, add compact tooltip, enchant scraper, consumables tab

Scraper fixes:
- Item type validation via Wowhead slotbak (removes non-gear from wrong slots)
- Negative drop rates filtered out (SWP items)
- Regenerated bislists, items, and sources from fresh data

Tooltip:
- Removed LibExtraTip dependency, use native GameTooltip
- Compact mode: table format with slash ranks and abbreviated spec names

Enchants:
- New scraper from Wowhead enchant guides (replaces LoonBestInSlot data)
- Spell vs item type tracking for correct tooltips and icons

Consumables:
- New tab with flask/elixir/food/potion recommendations from Wowhead
- New scraper from Wowhead consumable guides

UI:
- Smaller tab buttons to fit 6 tabs without overlapping search box
