Sources from wowtbc.gg, elixir fix, drop alerts hardcoded to Phase 2

- scrape_bislists.py: add emit_sources_lua + format_source (raid/craft/
  quest/vendor/rep/pvp/world boss). Sources merged with existing entries
  for the 10 random-suffix items wowtbc.gg lacks.
- scrape_consumables.py: fix \belixir\b / \bscroll\b regexes that failed
  on plural section titles ("Best Elixirs"). Elixirs and Scrolls now
  appear in BIS-TBC_consumables.lua for every spec.
- BIS-TBC.lua drop alerts: hardcode to T5 (Phase 2) instead of the
  user-selected phase. Tooltip enrichment already did this.
- Delete obsolete Wowhead scrapers replaced by the wowtbc.gg pipeline:
  scrape_sources.py and extract_gems_enchants.py.
