Add BiS drop alerts, remove PvP tokens from data, fix paper doll visuals

- Drop alert popup + chat message when a BiS item is looted for your spec
- /bistbctest command to preview the drop alert
- Configurable toggle in settings (Show BiS drop alerts)
- Remove PvP tokens from bislists (Marks of Honor, Badge of Justice)
- Add item blacklist to scraper to prevent re-introduction
- Fix paper doll icons staying desaturated when no slot filter is active
