What's new

Update all BiS lists from Wowhead TBC guides

Rewrote scrape_bislists.py to scrape all 162 class/spec/phase
combinations directly from Wowhead TBC guide pages. Data now
sourced from official Wowhead guides instead of LBIS.

- 9 classes, 27 specs, 6 phases each (PR, T4, T5, T6, ZA, SWP)
- 9000+ item entries with correct TBC item IDs
- Proper Idol/Libram/Totem slot support
- Shared guides (Rogue, Warrior pre-raid) copied to all specs
- Warlock Destruction fire = copy of Destruction
- HTML cache for fast re-runs without re-fetching
