Know issues still

When trying to click journal items from a class general list (not spec specific) some items are not able to be added to the BiS Journal.  This seems to be a Blizzard UI issue as I've not found a way around it.  Its always the 7th item in a list, and other random items mostly class/spec specific items.  If you choose a specific spec this is generally not a problem.

Fixes or Features added

Fixed a bug that prevented adding items from vendor pages beyond the first page.

Made the BiS Journal movable.

Added a lock feature to the BiS Journal to keep its location.

Added a click function to take you to the adventure guide boss if clicked.  Prints vendor name and location in chat if it is a vendor item.
