• Reworked the BiS data pipeline to a new simplified auto-rank model.
• Item placement is now calculated dynamically from EPV values instead of relying on manually maintained rank columns.
• Fixed multiple v4.0 data-mixing issues, including inconsistent item phase/rank entries and baseline drift.
• Cleaned up and rebuilt EPV baseline handling across specs and phases.
• Preserved hit-capped behavior: items fall back to normal EPV when no separate hit-capped value is defined.
• Clarified hit-cap wording in the UI for easier use.
