BetterJourney 0.5.1 — Initial public release

BetterJourney brings zone planning, quest preparation, and readable quest chains to World of Warcraft: Forever.

Included in this release

• Zone recommendations, suggested level bands, a level atlas, and native zone maps.
• A searchable library of 3,712 quests with 3,298 preloaded briefs.
• Feeder quest references, pickup and hand-in locations, field notes, hub circuits, and local pickup clusters.
• A Zephras Isle chapter with 145 usable zone-listed quests and four onward introductions.
• A quest chain panel with earlier steps, follow-ups, completion status, and a suggested unfinished step to investigate.
• Separate displays for complete-all requirements, alternatives, and advisory story links.
• A BetterJourney: Chain button in the native quest log for opening the selected indexed quest directly.
• Live quest objectives, explicit quest tracking, personal notes, and quest text learned from the client.
• Copyable Wowhead Forever links for indexed quests.

Compatibility and current limits

Targets WoW Forever client 1.60.1.70338, Interface 16001. No addon dependencies are required.

This initial release includes incomplete and Classic-based records. Advisory chain links do not establish unlock requirements, and recommendations are not measured leveling-speed results. Riverglades and Shen'dralas have partial catalog entries; their level bands are unverified and they are excluded from recommendations.

Validation: 60 automated behavioral checks pass under a Lua 5.1 WoW API mock. The new chain panel and native quest-log button still need live in-game validation.
