Enhance Blizzard's Personal Resource Display with customizable bars, borders, fonts, textures, positioning, sizing, and layout.

Added- Special Resource: aura bars (Freezing, Whirlwind, Ironfur, Ignore Pain, Sweeping Strikes) now get their own row in the bar stack instead of taking over the Class Resource row. You can reorder it, hide it per spec, and set its texture, color and height.
- Subtlety Rogue: Shadow Techniques row above your combo points, with its own color option.
Fixed - The resource display no longer drifts in combat. Position and size changes that combat blocks now apply as soon as combat ends.
- Long profile export and import strings are no longer cut off.
