BetterBlizzStats 1.1.13

• Use C_Item.GetItemQualityColor with a legacy global fallback and a white fallback when neither exists. Apply the same compatibility fix to loot labels and preserve all three color channels.

Verification: focused Lua regression mocks reproduce the original report and pass with the fix. Lua syntax, manifest and ZIP checks are run by the Workshop packaging tool.

In-game testing required: Open separate and combined bags with equippable items, including the reported shoulders. Confirm item level 266 where appropriate, quality filtering, recoloring, empty slots and bag changes. Test optional loot labels and Classic clients.
