Better Blizz Stats

Better Item Levels is a lightweight enhancement to Blizzard's default character UI. No new panels, no complete UI overhauls, just the information you already want, displayed where you already look.

Features

Item Level Display

• Equipment slots on your character frame show ilvl directly on each slot icon
• Bag slots show ilvl on equippable items only consumables, reagents, and food are ignored
• Inspect frame shows per-slot ilvl labels plus the inspected player's average item level
• Loot window shows ilvl on eligible items as they drop
• Player tooltips show a calculated average item level when hovering over other players

Durability

• Optionally display armor durability percentage on each equipment slot icon, color-coded by condition

Extended Stats Panel

• Surfaces stats Blizzard hides by default, displayed alongside the character frame:
  • Defensive: Dodge %, Parry %, Block %
  • Offensive: Attack Power, Spell Power
  • Utility: Speed %, Avoidance %

Stats Panel Collapse

• A small toggle button on the character frame lets you instantly hide or show the right-side stats pane

Customization

• Use class color or a custom color for equipment slot ilvl text
• Use the inspected player's class color or a custom color for the inspect average ilvl
• Adjustable font size for all ilvl overlays
• Minimum item quality filter (Poor through Epic)
• Per-feature toggles for everything

Commands

• /bbs — opens the settings panel
• /bbs reset — resets all settings to defaults

Compatibility

• Retail WoW (The War Within / Midnight)
• Works with both the Combined Backpack and individual bag frames
• Fully compatible with Blizzard's native UI, no libraries required
