What's new

1.6.1 — fixes at the vendor and at the trainer

  • Fixed: buying a lot of one thing took a click for each. A vendor row's number went up one at a time, so a thousand arrows were a thousand clicks on "+". The number can now be typed (click it), and Shift-click on "+" or "-" steps a whole stack. An order of more than a stack is bought stack by stack for you, each once the last has reached your bags, and stops with one line in chat if your money or your bag space runs out first. Hovering Buy with more than one shows what the lot comes to.
  • Fixed: a vendor row could keep another item's number. After a search or a filter, a row showing a different item still had the number you had set for the item that was there before. A number now belongs to its item for as long as the vendor's window is open: it goes with the item wherever a search or a sort puts it, an item you have not set starts at one purchase, and every number starts again on your next visit.
  • Fixed: the money at the top of the vendor window stood one purchase behind. It was drawn again when you clicked Buy, before the money had gone, and not when it went. It now follows your money as it changes, and so does which items show as too dear.
  • Fixed: the trainer window obeyed a filter you could not see. Blizzard's trainer window has its own Available, Unavailable and Used boxes, and the game goes on applying them when another window is shown. If Unavailable was unticked there before you installed Belphie's Dialogue, our trainer window never listed what you could not learn yet, whatever its "Available Only" switch said. While our window is open it now asks the game for everything you have not learned, lets "Available Only" do the choosing, and puts Blizzard's three boxes back as you left them when it closes, or when you reload or log out with it open.
  • Fixed: a banker's greeting stayed on screen beside the open bank. Where an NPC says a line before opening their own window (a banker's "I would like to check my deposit box.", an auctioneer, a flight master), the conversation window stayed up next to the bank, the auction house or the flight map until you walked away. It now goes as soon as the other window opens.

All future development targets WoW: Forever.

TBC Anniversary is no longer a development target and will receive no further work. Some TBC compatibility still exists in the code and will most likely keep working, but it is not tested, not maintained, and will be dropped the next time a file needs reworking rather than preserved deliberately.
