Bald's Spell Spy is a lightweight, low-footprint combat log monitor designed specifically for level 70 raiding and dungeoneering in World of Warcraft: The Burning Crusade Classic.
It automatically detects spell casts from party and raid members, evaluates their spell rank, and sends a polite whisper if someone is using a downranked spell that is neither the maximum rank nor an intentional utility cast.

- Pre-Compiled Spell ID Fallbacks: Features a robust, built-in Spell ID database for Mage buffs (including Arcane Intellect, Arcane Brilliance, Ice Armor, Fire/Frost Wards, and shields) to ensure instant and reliable rank resolution, completely bypassing game client loading or caching lags.
- Smart Healer Exclusions: Automatically ignores standard mana-efficient downranked heals (such as Greater Heal, Healing Touch, Healing Wave, Chain Heal, and Holy Light) to avoid false positives during intense healing phases.
