Internal Cleanup & Performance Improvements

• Reorganized the addon into separate modules for easier maintenance and safer future development:

• Added an item metadata cache to reduce repeated item-information lookups during bag scans.
• Improved handling of item data that has not finished loading yet.
• Optimized bag-slot highlighting by caching bag buttons instead of repeatedly searching through all UI frames.
• Replaced the Blizzard StaticPopupDialogs delete confirmation with a BagPurge-owned confirmation window.
• Delete confirmation now re-checks the item and bag slot immediately before deletion for additional safety.
• Preserved the existing Consume behavior and combat restrictions.
• Added LibDataBroker-1.1 support.
• Added bundled support libraries:
  • LibStub
  • CallbackHandler-1.0
  • LibDataBroker-1.1
• Added optional LibDBIcon-1.0 support when the library is already available from another addon.
• BagPurge still provides its own minimap button when LibDBIcon is unavailable, so there are no required external dependencies.
• Preserved existing BagPurgeDB SavedVariables so previous settings, whitelist/blacklist entries, window positions, and preferences remain compatible.
• Added internal testing notes and third-party library attribution.
