This license applies to the original Azerothle code, documentation and original
artwork and audio distributed with this license (the "Software"). It does not
apply to Fishcraft or to material identified as belonging to third parties.

1. Free use and inspection
You may download, install, run, inspect and make backup copies of the Software
free of charge. The source code remains readable. No payment is required to
play the addon or access its features.

2. Free sharing of official releases
You may copy and redistribute complete, unmodified official Azerothle releases
free of charge, provided that you retain this license, copyright notices,
attribution and third-party notices. You must not misrepresent authorship or
present your distribution as an official update issued by Megabight.
Changing only the outer archive or compression format, without changing the
addon files or omitting notices, is permitted. Hosting services and addon
managers may store, cache, scan and deliver those releases for these purposes.
You may freely share links to the official project and its releases.

3. Private modifications
You may modify the Software for your own private use. Publishing, distributing
or otherwise providing modified versions or derivative works to other people
requires prior written permission from Megabight. This includes modified
reuploads, forks, ports, translations of addon files, and incorporation of
substantial portions of the original code or assets into another project.
You may privately send proposed changes to Megabight for review; doing so does
not transfer your copyright or grant permission to publish your contribution.

4. No sale or paywall
You may not sell the Software, charge for access to it, or place its download
or addon features behind a payment requirement. This does not prohibit a
hosting platform from operating its normal advertising or author rewards
program, provided that users can download and use the Software free of charge.

5. Screenshots, videos and attribution
You may publish screenshots, videos, reviews, tutorials and livestreams showing
the Software, including on monetized channels. You may use the Azerothle name
and original logo to identify the genuine addon. This does not authorize
impersonation, a claim of endorsement, or use of the branding for a different
product. Rights in any third-party material shown remain with its owners.

6. Permissions and third-party rights
For permission to publish a modified version or for uses not granted here,
contact Megabight through the official Azerothle project on CurseForge.
Only the rights the licensor is entitled to grant are covered. Blizzard's
software, fonts, textures, names and trademarks and any separately licensed
third-party material remain subject to their respective rights and terms.
See THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES.md. This license does not limit rights granted by
applicable law, nor rights already granted for earlier copies under a different
license. No ownership of the Warcraft setting or game mechanics is claimed.

7. No warranty; limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Software is provided
"AS IS", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties
of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and noninfringement.
To that same extent, the licensor and contributors are not liable for any
claim, damages or other liability arising from the Software or its use,
whether in contract, tort or otherwise. Statutory rights and liabilities that
cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.
