AVQ

AVQ v25 contains minor tweaks relative to v24:
* Added option to disable the new "Enter Battle" button (now called "Enter AV"), for people who hate it.
* Added option to avoid manipulating the instance list scrollbar when solo queueing, for people who hate that.
* Abbreviated "Alterac Valley" as "AV" in the guild roster list, so AV instance numbers don't get truncated for certain UI scalings.

What's new in AVQ v24?
* You can now queue as a party, not just as a raid (though sadly without the benefit of raid warnings).
* You can now share your AV instance numbers with guildmates and see which ones they're inside by viewing the guild roster window. (If you're feeling secretive, you can disable this sharing feature in the configuration panel, accessible via /avq config)
* AVQ now does a better job of detecting when the BG queue window has been closed, flagging you as not-ready when appropriate.
* If a ready check or countdown is performed while WoW is not the active window, its icon will now flash to get your attention.
* You can now skip ready checks by holding shift while clicking the ready check button. (Not sure why this would be needed, but someone requested it.)
* When queueing AV solo, the "Join Battle" will turn into an "Enter Battle" button when your queue pops. (This can be especially handy if the default Blizzard "Enter Battle" popup window throws taint errors from another addon.)
* When queueing solo, you can now search for a specific instance number or auto-scroll to the newest each time. (These features are not enabled when AVQ is in group-queueing mode, because AVQ handles this automatically.)
