AVQ v28: The saddest update yet!
* AVQ group-queueing mode is currently broken by the latest WoW patch.  I'm working to see if it's practical to resuscitate it.  There is no easy fix.  Should know a lot more about what's worth attempting in the next couple of days.
* AVQ now defaults to solo-queueing mode, even in groups, because of the above.
* Repositioned the "Leave Queue" button to avoid obscuring the new "Join as Group" button.
* Bugfix: Don't hide any of the text in the WSG queue window.
