Several slash commands are added:

- "/aml show" displays the graphical configuration form

- "/aml status" displays the current loot methods used for thrash and bosses.

- "/aml bosslootmethod freeforall/master/group/roundrobin/needbeforegreed" changes the loot method for boss fights.

- "/aml thrashlootmethod freeforall/master/group/roundrobin/needbeforegreed" changes the loot method for thrash.

- The target of all raid members are now checked in case raid leader is not targetting the world boss.

- Switching to Master Loot now works for the ranged classes thanks to the PLAYER_REGEN_DISABLED and PLAYER_REGEN_ENABLED events.
