Several slash commands are added:

- "/aml show" displays the graphical configuration form

- "/aml status" displays the current loot methods used for thrash and bosses.

- "/aml bosslootmethod freeforall/master/group/roundrobin/needbeforegreed" changes the loot method for boss fights.

- "/aml thrashlootmethod freeforall/master/group/roundrobin/needbeforegreed" changes the loot method for thrash.
