• v3.4.4: CC time-aware cascade promotion
  When promoting a CC-marked mob to Skull or Cross after a kill, the cascade now subtracts (CC-time-remaining * 10) from the mob's base score. Mobs still fully locked down drop in promotion priority so the group doesn't break a fresh CC by re-marking that target as the kill. Mobs whose CC is about to wear off rise to the top, matching real pull-lead intuition.
  Uses the existing AMA.CC_SPELL_IDS table to identify CC debuffs and UnitDebuff expiration time to compute seconds remaining.
