Added

• A Food & Drink button for food that restores both health and mana while you sit (Enriched Manna Biscuit and the like). It is always its own button.
• When you run out of food, the Food button uses a Food & Drink item instead, and the Water button does the same when you run out of water. Otherwise Food & Drink items never show on Food or Water. Switch this off in General > Food and water, or with /amac fallback.

Changed

• Food and Water now hold only food-only and drink-only items. Items are sorted again once after updating (items you put on a button by hand stay where you put them; one you had put on both Food and Water now counts as Food & Drink).
