Session Tracker Overhaul:
- Fixed an issue where the session tracker would unintentionally reset after a loading screen (zone transitions / hearthstone usage).
- Reworked the logic from "Net Profit" to "Total Income". The tracker now exclusively records earned gold and ignores all expenses (e.g., Auction House deposits, vendor purchases, or repairs). Your tracked gold will no longer drop unexpectedly during a session.
Item Management & UI Fixes: - Fixed a bug where the category dropdown menu could initialize as empty, which caused newly added items to be saved without a valid category.
- Added an auto-recovery fallback: Orphaned or bugged items (items with a missing or deleted category) are now automatically reassigned to the "Food / Provisions" category, preventing them from becoming invisible and unmanageable in the list.
