Auto Reload Forever

Auto Reload Forever is a lightweight ranged-ammo companion built specifically for World of Warcraft: Forever.

Originally converted from a WeakAura, it now provides automatic ammo management for Hunters, lightweight ammo support for Rogues and Warriors, progression guides, native Blizzard vendor waypoints, and a compact on-screen ammo counter.

Hunter ammo management

• Automatically detects whether your ranged weapon uses arrows or bullets.
• Buys the best usable ammo sold by the current merchant.
• Fills your quiver/ammo pouch, or regular bags when no matching ammo bag is equipped.
• Optional reserve of 0-10 extra full ammo stacks in normal bags.
• Optional automatic ammo equip outside combat.
• Optional warning when better crafted Vanilla ammo is available.
• Supports Vanilla Alterac Valley Ice Threaded Arrow/Bullet progression.

Rogue and Warrior support

• With a bow, crossbow, or gun equipped, the addon keeps up to one stack of matching vendor ammo.
• With a thrown weapon equipped, the addon provides the progression guide and vendor navigation only.
• Thrown weapons are never bought or equipped automatically.

Ammo Guide

The built-in Ammo Guide shows:

• Arrows, bullets, and thrown-weapon progression.
• Item icons.
• Required level.
• DPS.
• Vendor, crafted, quest, drop, or Alterac Valley source information.
• Gold highlighting for your next upgrade.

A Find nearest vendor button can set and supertrack a native Blizzard waypoint to a known matching vendor. TomTom is not required.

Ammo Display

A small movable display lets you see your current ammo without opening your bags:

• Current ammo icon and remaining count.
• Compact counts such as 2.2k above 1,000.
• Configurable low-ammo warning threshold.
• Optional percentage display.
• Optional combat-only visibility.
• Left-click to open settings.
• Right-click to lock or unlock the display.

The ammo display automatically hides while a Rogue or Warrior is using a thrown weapon.

Language support

English is used by default.

If Warcraft Forever Men På Norsk (WFN) is loaded, Auto Reload Forever automatically switches its interface and chat messages to Norwegian.

Commands

/arf or /autoreload opens the settings window.

/arf on and /arf off enable or disable automatic restocking.
