AuraNotification is very helpful addon for PvP you can enter into the Add0n Menu by typing in game chat the command /an

-The top message shows important Buffs, defensive and offensive
and under it shows Important CC used by enemy players.
-You can check in the addon menu the option to make it work only in Battlegrounds and Arenas. Enjoy!
