-- ManaMonitor is now configurable similar to PetMonitor

- Add ManaMonitor with "/aq load manamonitor" or "/aq load mm"

- You can edit the mana percentages that are tracked by entering '/aq pm 5 10 25 50 100'. Must be between 1 and 5 numbers, numbers must be between 5 and 100, and need to be divisible by 5.

-- Focus target tracking in HealthMonitor.
- The player's focus target can now be tracked by configuring HealthMonitor.

- Type "/aq hm focus on" and "/aq hm focus off" in chat.

- Focus target will return to normal behaviour when in a battleground, and it will call out the original numerical of the focus target if they are also being tracked as a party or raid member by HealthMonitor.

- Examples of using this feature are to track another player's pet and or other units outside of the group.

-- Fixed an error when switching to a spec loaded with different extensions then changing extension configuration.
