-- Added Pet Monitor for health tracking of pets

- Add Pet Monitor with '/aq load petmonitor' or '/aq load pm'

- You can edit the healths that are tracked by entering '/aq pm 0 10 35 60 100'. Must be between 0 and 5 numbers, numbers must be between 0 and 100, and need to be divisible by 5.

 

-- Optimisations, tweaks

- CPU Usage halved (it was already very low, but some early-stage code was upgraded and optimised).

- Memeory usage made more static (it doesn't increase and decrease as much as it used to, AudioQs generally sits below 1MB of memory).
