- **Whites filter hardened** — whites like Cobalt Ore could still appear because a stale bank-cache quality was trusted before `GetItemQualityByID`. Quality is resolved from the item ID first, and Common rows are stripped again at scan finalize + plan build.

- **Whites filter actually works** — Common cloth/bolts were still filling the list with Whites unchecked because (1) bag-slot quality was ignored while names said Loading… and (2) bank-cache rows skipped the Rules filter.
