New

• Target filters (off by default). Leave out the targets you don't need: friendly players, friendly NPCs, critters, or everything but elites, rares and bosses. Turn them on with Hide friendly players, Hide friendly NPCs, Hide critters and Only elites on the main AssistFrames page.
• Party member highlight (off by default). The aggro highlight can mark the enemies attacking the party member whose target it is, or the ones that aren't, so you can see the moment the tank's target turns on someone else. Pick it under Highlight on the Raid Frame Style page.
• Elite and rare icons (off by default). Blizzard's gold dragon, silver dragon and star before the name of elites, rare elites and rares, in both styles. Turn on Show elite and rare icons on the main AssistFrames page.

Changes

• Show friendly targets is replaced by Hide friendly players and Hide friendly NPCs. Friendly targets still show by default. If you had turned Show friendly targets off, both new boxes start on, so you see the same as before.
