Assisted Circle Highlight

When you use the highlight assistant WoW highlights the action button with a glow effect. Assisted Circle Highlight replaces that glow with a configurable circle around the button. Making it easier to spot at a glance.

Version v4. This version has the option to make the circle bigger.
A previous version with this functionality had some nasty bugs.
Those are (hopefully) fixed.

Only bug I can not solve at this point is:
When you shape-shift as druid while using the Single-Button assistant.
Then the button will not show the circle untill you are out of combat.
