Show a recommended artifact progression path in ArtifactFrame.
- All data (PvE) come from icy-veins.com
- Support all specs (some of them have 2 paths)
- Show a glowing border on the next recommended trait
- Change font size
- Show/Hide button or slash command
- PvP path (pending)
- Custom path in ArtifactFrame (pending)
