- Modified the achievement sound option's behavior because Blizzard also activated the sound when they turned the achievements back on. This means the sound is toggleable once more.

- Blizzard ended up releasing the official guild announcements feature, so I turned off AATG's option by default (it can still be turned on), removed the option to send the message in guild chat altogether and replaced it with an option to hide the official guild announcements.

- Renamed the addon to hopefully make its goal a little clearer (it can send to guild chat, but it uses a special addon channel by default instead, so I dropped the "chat" part from the name).

- Added the option to send the notifications to another chat frame (along with another option so that a copy still appears in the default chat window as well). That way, if you have a separate chat tab in which you read guild chat, you can now send the announcements over there!

- Added the option to view level up notifications. It works similarly to the achievements! Only those with the addon installed (and the option turned on - it's off by default!) will see those, as they are sent with the addon. There's also an option to only see notifications for 60+ if you'd like to turn them on while limiting spam a little.
