Changed

• Anchored frames snap back the moment anything moves them or changes their parent. The "Instant update" option is gone because this is now always on.
• The once-per-second background check is gone.

Fixed

• Frames from Blizzard's bottom and right frame stacks no longer leave an empty gap behind when you anchor them somewhere else. Turning the anchor off puts them back in the stack.
• Anchors on frames that another addon creates late now apply as soon as the frame exists.
