Tooltip Reliability
- Restored normal AmberBank item tooltip detection for genuine bag, bank, inventory, and item-link tooltips that expose the item link through the tooltip frame instead of data.hyperlink.
- Kept non-item objective and addon tooltips excluded by requiring a real item hyperlink from either the tooltip data or tooltip:GetItem().
- Added narrow cleanup for AmberBank's custom aligned character rows: the rows remain only while that same item is the active tooltip item, preventing stale character text from bleeding into unrelated tooltips without hooking Blizzard ClearLines or tooltip rebuild events.
- If Blizzard already displays "You haven't collected this appearance" and no eligible AmberBank character owns the gear, AmberBank does not add a redundant ownership message.

Gear Ownership Tooltips
- Equippable Bind-on-Pickup and Bind-on-Equip gear use the ownership-focused tooltip instead of the standard Bags, Personal, Warband, Guild, and Total Items count block.
- The Characters section lists eligible characters who own the same base item and uses each exact cached item link so different item variants remain distinguishable.
- Duplicate identical links for the same character are collapsed while distinct item-link variants remain listed separately.
- Item links in the ownership list support normal modified item-link clicks when Blizzard exposes the standard handler.
- If the current character does not own the item, the tooltip states: "You do not currently own this item."
- Current-character ownership includes currently equipped gear, preventing equipped gear from being incorrectly reported as unowned.
- Non-equipment Bind-on-Pickup and Bind-on-Equip items retain the existing AmberBank quantity and per-character count treatment.
- Restricted AmberBank tooltip decoration to genuine item-link tooltips so character/count rows no longer appear on quest/objective tracker tooltips.
