• [Compatibility] Fix full names and realms (#2633)
  Preserve complete native player names and actual realms independently
  at login and in unit caches. Select unit-name APIs using cached
  regional-name capability while retaining traditional realm lookup
  and existing GUID, class, race, and secret-GUID handling.
  Format saved character.text directly, removing only literal local
  realm suffixes when realm metadata matches. Preserve foreign realms,
  custom display text, class colors, and Owned By quantities.
  Clear legacy identifiers once and rebuild them before account sync
  starts. Invalidate Summary identifiers only when name or realm
  changes, preserving collection and play-time data.
  Use native regional names for whisper queues, progress, and
  cancellation while preserving numeric Battle.net targets. Retain
  native sender spelling for uncached replies and normalize linked
  sender authorization so accented names work across realms.
  Add four Lua 5.1 regression suites under tests/ covering identity,
  tooltips, identifier lifecycle, and synchronization. Exercise actual
  popup callbacks, message handlers, chunk acknowledgments, and queue
  controls with mocked APIs, including disabled and unrelated senders.
  Document shared identity types, Summary fields, transport keys,
  helper contracts, and test architecture with LuaLS annotations.

• Simplified the export structure of CreateSchedule entries.

• Simplified the "zone-text-" fields to "zoneText" named fields. This should allow all fields to be properly converted to variable assignment style rather than having some that use the legacy style.

• Deprecated the "zone-text-continent" field in favor of the simplified "isContinent" field. This field can be shortened to the non-quoted style variable structure we're transitioning to.

• Deprecated the zone-text-headerID field. It didn't have any references. The runner function is used by Nightmare Grove, but not in this form.

  Keep the existing alternate quests, quest givers, coordinates, and
  version timeline unchanged.

• Don't set a secret string as TomTom waypoint title on reload (#2647)
  Reloading the UI inside an instance (dungeon or delve) with a persisted ATT waypoint whose saved title is "Retrieving data" throws TomTom errors:

  • TomTom.lua:1011: attempted to perform indexed assignment on a table that cannot be indexed with secret keys (once, via ReloadWaypoints from Waypoints.lua:406)

  • TomTom.lua:1034: attempted to index a table that cannot be indexed with secret keys (every frame, from IsValidWaypoint)

  The tomTom.AddWaypoint wrapper replaces a "Retrieving data" title with first.text without checking whether it is secret. Inside an instance the NPC name is a secret string, and TomTom builds its waypoint table key from the title.

  This adds the same app.WOWAPI.issecretvalue check that PlotCachedCoords already uses, and leaves the placeholder title in place when the name is secret.

  Tested on ATT 5.13.15, TomTom v4.3.12, WoW 12.1.0 (69933): with the change, /reload inside a delve no longer errors.

  Add the City of Dalaran quests from #2664 to the Forever source so
  the Parser keeps them, instead of relying on hand edits to the
  compiled Camelot database. Each quest was rechecked against Wowhead
  Forever: quest givers for 96984, 92459, and 97287 now point to the
  starting NPC, provided items use qi, rewards are plain item entries,
  and 92457 requires 92432. Remove the City of Dalaran quest data test.
