New: alert when an item appears on the auction house

• Watch an item that is not listed right now and get told the moment one goes up.
• Add an optional price cap to hear only about a buyout at or below it.
• Tick "alert when it appears on the auction house" on a watched item, or type /ahl watch appears [item] 12g.
• It announces a listing once. It arms again when nothing is listed at or under your cap, so a relisted item is announced again.

New: prices on Shift only

• New option in /ahl: "Tooltip: show prices only while Shift is held".
• Item tooltips stay short until you hold Shift, and the price block appears as soon as the key goes down.

• New: best hours of the day to buy and sell each item, and a portfolio that tracks cost basis and realised profit.
