AggroRange is source-available proprietary software. Its source code is visible

so that the addon can be distributed and used in accordance with Blizzard

Entertainment's World of Warcraft UI Add-On Development Policy. Visibility of

the source code does not grant permission to copy, modify, redistribute, fork,

or reuse it.

PERMITTED USE

You may:

1. Download an official, unmodified copy of AggroRange from a distribution

   channel authorized by Lichdom.

2. Install and use that unmodified copy for personal, non-commercial gameplay.

3. Make reasonable personal backup copies that are not distributed to others.

4. View and inspect the source code.

5. Show AggroRange in ordinary gameplay screenshots, videos, livestreams,

   reviews, guides, and similar media, including monetized media, provided that

   doing so does not redistribute the addon or its source code.

6. Link to an official AggroRange distribution page.

RESTRICTIONS

Except with prior written permission from Lichdom, you may not:

1. Copy, publish, upload, mirror, rehost, repackage, bundle, sublicense, or

   otherwise redistribute AggroRange, in whole or in substantial part, through

   another website, repository, addon pack, application, service, or other

   distribution channel.

2. Modify, adapt, translate, port, or create derivative works based on

   AggroRange for distribution to others.

3. Create or distribute forks, unofficial updates, unofficial continuations,

   successor projects, or renamed/rebranded versions based on AggroRange.

4. Copy, reuse, reproduce, or incorporate AggroRange source code, documentation,

   artwork, branding, or other protected expression into another project.

5. Reuse or redistribute AggroRange's curated exception database as a protected

   compilation to the extent that compilation is protected by applicable law.

   Individual game facts, mechanics, or independently discovered information

   are not claimed by this license.

6. Remove, conceal, or alter copyright, authorship, or license notices.

7. Use the AggroRange name or branding in a way that falsely implies that an

   unofficial project is official, authorized, or endorsed by Lichdom.

8. Sell, rent, sublicense, charge for access to, or otherwise commercially

   exploit AggroRange itself.

INDEPENDENT WORK

This license does not restrict independently created software that does not copy

AggroRange's protected source code or other protected expression. Ideas, game

mechanics, APIs, and facts remain subject to the rights and limitations that

apply to them under applicable law.

BLIZZARD ENTERTAINMENT

----------------------

World of Warcraft and related names, trademarks, game data, and other Blizzard

Entertainment intellectual property are the property of Blizzard Entertainment

and its licensors. This license grants no rights in Blizzard Entertainment's

intellectual property. Use of AggroRange remains subject to Blizzard's terms,

policies, and technical restrictions for World of Warcraft addons.

NO WARRANTY

AggroRange is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or

implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lichdom is not liable for any

claim, damage, loss, character death, lost game progress, or other liability

arising from use of or reliance on AggroRange.

OTHER RIGHTS

------------

Nothing in this license limits rights that cannot lawfully be restricted,

including any applicable fair-use, fair-dealing, or similar statutory rights.

All rights not expressly granted above are reserved by Lichdom.

For permission to fork, redistribute, port, reuse code, or create a derivative

version, obtain prior written permission from Lichdom.
